Your Self-Pay Visit Could Still Qualify for Reimbursement

We accept HSA, FSA, cash, and card for all self-pay visits — and we're happy to help you get more out of it.

Just ask us for a superbill, a free itemized receipt with your diagnosis and procedure codes. Many patients submit these to their insurance company to get reimbursed or to apply the visit toward their deductible or out-of-pocket maximum, even though we don't bill insurance directly.

Why it's worth asking:

  • Pay your way — HSA, FSA, cash, or card

  • Get a free superbill, and submit to your insurance plan

  • Possibly count toward your deductible, out-of-pocket maximums, and/or get reimbursed for your plan’s allowable amount

A few things to know:

  • Coverage varies by plan — some insurers reimburse out-of-network care, some don't.

  • Check with your insurer beforehand to understand your out-of-network benefits and how to submit.

  • Just ask and we'll provide a superbill with everything typically needed for a claim.

Questions about what's included? We're happy to help.

Questions about your coverage or reimbursement? Your insurance provider is the best resource for that.

This does not apply to Medicare - Superbills will not be provided to Medicare patients.
